Bluff your way to five stars with this very simple yet totally extravagant dish that takes less than five minutes to create and will blow your guests away!
1. Simply season and pan-fry from frozen on its own in a med/hot pan (no fat needed) cooking either side for 45 - 60 seconds max
2. Place 2-3 pieces per portion on a warm plate, drizzle with honey balsamic and serve with a light garnish of Micro Mesclun leaves and some toasted Brioche
