  1. 1. Simply season and pan-fry from frozen on its own in a med/hot pan (no fat needed) cooking either side for 45 - 60 seconds max
  2. 2. Place 2-3 pieces per portion on a warm plate, drizzle with honey balsamic and serve with a light garnish of Micro Mesclun leaves and some toasted Brioche
