Delivery Info

Delivery takes place twice a week; on Wednesday and Friday.  Cut off times are as follows:

Place your order before 4pm on Monday for Wednesdays delivery

Place your order before 4pm on Wednesday for Fridays delivery

Chilled and Frozen Foods: Any items ordered from La Rousse Foods that are frozen or chilled, will be delivered in our temperature controlled vans to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to unpack the items and place them back into a suitable freezer or refrigerator in order to maintain the frozen temperature of the item. La Rousse Foods does not accept responsibility for any items that have not been replaced back into the freezer/refrigerator upon immediate delivery.

Please feel free to give us any special directions to your delivery address for our driver to follow. If the day we deliver to your home address does not suit you, we may be able to deliver to your workplace if we  normally deliver to that area and your work hours are flexible. Alternatively you may collect from our base in 31 Park West, Nangor Rd, Dublin 12 

Please check all your goods before signing your invoice and give your empty boxes back to the driver if you wish us to recycle them for you.

Please note that goods cannot be returned at a later stage once you have checked your products and signed your invoice.
