La Rousse Foods Ltd is an award winning Irish owned company run by husband and wife team Mary Massy & Marc Amand, who have been supplying the finest quality products to top hotels, restaurants, gourmet retail outlets and fine food emporiums since 1992.

We pride ourselves in the long standing relationships we have built with both our customers and suppliers over the years, who we consider the lifeblood of our organisation.

Food Sourcing Team

Our food sourcing team are passionately committed and constantly searching for new and innovative products with our customers in mind. Using homegrown Irish produce as a first preference (over 70% of our suppliers are Irish) We also have a purchasing team based in Rungis international market which is one of the biggest markets in the world to personally search for requested items which are not available in Ireland. We currently stock over 2500 products to cater for every taste.

Sales Teams

The majority of our sales team stem from a food or beverage background, have a wealth of invaluable knowledge, and are always willing to help or advise where menu planning is concerned

We carry an extensive product range in our modern on-site butchery where all portioned and prepared meats are specifically cut to order, for you, by the La Rousse Foods butcher

Cheese Maturing Room

Like our customers, we are passionate about our cheese and believe that approximately 50% of the flavours you taste in a cheese can be attributed to the affinage. Farmhouse cheeses are sourced directly from artisan producers, and carefully matured in our onsite maturing room to peak condition by our in-house affineurs before being dispatched to you.

Demonstration Kitchen

This is where we tend to hold prestigious food events for both our industry and online customers in a fun and informative environment. Quality Control

At La Rousse Foods we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products in their optimum condition. Our dedicated Quality Control team operate strict controls and procedures at every stage of the supply chain. In 2009 our Warehousing facility operated by our partners Castlecool received the BRC accreditation making it the first warehousing facility in the Republic of Ireland to achieve this status
